Donic Impuls Table Tennis Blade Technology

For many years Donic has been engaged in the research of the vibrations of table tennis bats with the DICON and SENSO technology. Now Donic has launched the first output of this research, that has led to a revolution in the construction of table tennis blades. To go ahead the DONIC engineers have designed, analysed and optimised completely new design patterns of the table tennis blade that have been tested together with their top players in hundreds of tests.

The result is named IMPULS technology and it is the next revolution in blade design - especially for the 40mm ball!

Completely differing playing characteristics have been matched!

7 veneers have been expertly glued together with Donic's newly developed contact glue. This special glueing technology, which has been combined with hard beech outers veneers, has produced a blade with superior speed plus unequalled control.

Due to the special interspacing of the glue the feel of the ball is unrivalled. The player has a clear and distinct picture of how the ball will bounce. A high catapult effect is achieved with increased speed and spin proportionately to the power of the stroke.
